Hotel Info:
You must make reservations directly with the Clarion Hotel at (800) 847-2707 for the White Family Reunion. All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Reservations must be made by May 1, 2012 to guarantee the rate above. Any room that is block for the reunion and has not been book will be place back in the hotel's inventory and sold at seasonal price.
Reunion Fees:
Adults (ages 18 and older) $75
Teens (ages 13-17) $45
Children (ages 7-12) $25
Children (ages 2-6) $15
Children (ages 1 and under) free
Registration/Reunion Fess Info:
The registration fee includes your t-shirts and the following:
Thursday, June 14th: Meet & Greet Reception
Friday, June 15th: Dinner TBD
Saturday, June 16th: Family Kingdom Amusement Park
Sunday, June 17th: Breakfast Buffet
T-Shirts Info:
T-shirts must be sent out in a timely matter to ensure you have a family reunion shirt. There will be limited opportunity to purchase t-shirts at your arrival to the reunion.
The last day to submit your shirt size is April 1, 2012 and this can be sent via email to white.familyreunion@ymail.com or by us mail to 5629 Suffex Green Lane, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
